Using your white cardstock, line up your Tile texture stencil along one side of the page. Cover the remaining part of page to prevent overspray. I have used some off cut cardboard pieces.
Lightly mist the area that you want sprayed. Carefully lift away cardboard and stencil. Clean your stencil, and repeat along the other edge of the page.
You should end up with something like this. I still ended up with a little overspray but I’m not too worried about it. There will be a lot more going on here so it won’t be noticeable.
Next I pulled out my TCW Chicken Wire Stencil, now this is the one that marks out the wire, not the spaces between the wire. I will be using both for this layout. Ink overlapping the blue with some red ink. Repeat on the other side of the page.
Next I used the other chicken wire stencil with yellow ink. Continue to ink a bit of both sides of the page, overlapping the blue and red already there. I have also stamped with a small spotty stamp in black. Repeat on other side of page in a random manner.
On the right side of the page I have layered a tag from the Paper Pieces pack with a 6cm x 1cm strip cut from Borders paper.
Now for the base for my photos. Cut a piece 17.5cm x 10cm using the Beast Mode paper and cut strips from the Group Text paper, 1 piece 15cm x 6cm and 1 piece at 15cm x 2.5cm. Layer these over the base.
I have cut a piece, 2cm x 3.5cm, from the reverse side of the Borders paper and layered it with a strip, 1cm x 5cm cut from the Turn It Up paper. This has been layered onto the left side of the page.
Cut another strip from the reverse side of Borders paper at 2.5cm by 9cm and another strip from the Turn It Up paper at 2.5cm by 12.5cm. Layer these over the bottom of your photo base papers.
Layer a strip 2.5cm by 9cm of the arrow paper and a torn off piece about 10cm long of the green tape from the Washi Stickers. Layer a couple of the tabs and add them to the top left of your photo base.
Layer another piece of the same Washi Sticker over the cluster of papers down the right side of your page. Add an arrow label and layer with the Why Not? Hot dog paper piece that has had foam squares added to raise it from the page.
Add some more washi tape layers, overlapping your paper layers. I have then added my photos (wallet size) and the title YUM. The letters are from the Fundamentals Stickers that I have added some outlining to with a fine red felt tip pen. Use foam squares to add the milkshake and pop in another tag .
Add a cute little heart from the stickers (more foam squares) and add a “great day” Wooden Flourish word, inked in red. Add another couple of hearts around the page and some fries in the top corner.
I hope you had fun playing along!
