Saffron Yellow Pepper Papers. Try saying that five times quickly.
It has been a while since I played with some Jillibean Soup papers, and I was happy to get my hands on this sweet little range. Papers here, embellishments here. The range is fun, whimsical, light and bright. If you saw my last post you’ll know I’ve been going through my photo archives looking for memories to scrap. WELL! This time I travelled back to 1980 and found this beauty of me and my dad. This photo really pulls on my heart strings – time goes so fast, and I also got some journaling on here too, but more of a message to my kids. My dad and I have had our ups and downs of the years (oh, those wonderful teenage years – can’t wait to go through that with my children! Not!), but he taught me recently my its important to look at things from other people’s perspectives. Everyone has a story, their own perspective, and everyone has their own version of events. Keep an open mind. I’ve always thought that, but some recent insights have really opened my eyes too.
