Kaisercraft Mountain Air Card by Kim Ewins

Kaisercraft Mountain Air Card

Hello…hello, Kim here to share another of my creations my Kaisercraft Mountain Air Card using the fabulous Kaisercraft Mountain Air Collection.

This time I have created a masculine easel card.

This is a very easy card to put together….and something a little different than your standard card.

Here is my Kaisercraft Mountain Air Card.

Kaisercraft Mountain Air Card

So to make this card you will need 2 x square pre-folded cards. Of course you can always make your own from cardstock.

Take one of the cards and open it out, next fold the left hand side in half towards the centre fold as per my photo.

Next take your 2nd card and cut in half this will be the main face of your card.

Next add double-sided tape to the folded section of your card- the section furthest from the centre fold and then stick your card front in place.

To create the face of my Kaisercraft Mountain Air Card I have used the Kaisercraft Mountain Air 6.5 inch paper pad, the Kaisercraft Mountain Air Collectables, some Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Oxide in Gathered Twigs, which I blended around the edge of the Man of the Moment piece and a few buttons from my stash. I also added a piece of corrugated cardboard under the Man of the Moment piece taken from the Kaisercraft Mountain Air paper Hero, on my card front.

To create the base section, I Cut a piece of stiff cardboard measuring 15cm x 5cm. I then covered this in the Kaisercraft Mountain Air paper Outdoors and added a strip of the Kaisercraft Mountain Air Brave paper from the 6.5 inch pad, Collectables and a sweet sentiment also from the 6.5 inch pad. Then stuck this in place.

If you have never made an easel card before, I do hope this will inspire you to give it a go…..so easy and lots of fun!

Father’s Day is just around the corner so maybe now is the perfect time to give one a whirl??? We would love for you to share it with us in the Anna’s Craft Cupboard Facebook Community HERE.
