Kaisercraft “Suga Pop” Layout “Precious Boy” – Monique Follett

Firstly, do some prep work.

Use your Distress marker to scribble some Distress Ink onto a non-stick craft sheet and lightly spray some water on it to create some coloured “ink.”

Lightly dab your Paper Doily in the ink to alter its colour.

Scribble some more ink onto your craft sheet and now use a water brush to paint the Kaisercraft “Coconut” blooms a nice olive colour.

Paint your WOW – Words or Whatever Birds and Flourish chipboard with the Ranger Adironack Dabber – Lettuce and leave to dry.

Step 3

Also, cut the letter “I” and the word “You” from the “Fruit Tingle” Reverse Side and set aside.

Now, while we wait for everything to dry, let’s get started on the layout.

Using the mask, randomly dab on some gesso circles and shapes onto your cardstock with your finger.  Then, scribble on your craft sheet once more and spray with water.  Dab your finger in the ink and lightly define all the circles with the ink

Step 4a

Cut a rectangle 21.5cm x 12cm from “Cotton Candy.”  Punch along each long edge with the Martha Stewart Doily Edge Punch.  Adhere it centrally on the cardstock.

Cut a rectangle 21.5cm x 10cm from “Fizzy” paper.  Punch along each long edge with the Doily Edge Punch, and adhere on top of the “Cotton Candy” paper – green side up.

Cut another rectangle 21.5cm x 8cm out of “Fizzy.” Again, punch along each long edge and adhere reverse side up on the layout.

Cut 2 rectangles 24cm x 10cm out of “Fizzy” and “Cotton Candy”

Use the Martha Stewart Deep Edger Punch to punch two borders along the edge of “Fizzy” and adhere to “Cotton Candy” rectangle – green side up.

Cut a rectangle out of the remaining “Fizzy” paper.  Punch along each long side with the Doily Lace Edger Punch and adhere it onto the green “Fizzy” paper.

Adhere this paper “stack” across the first one, as shown.

Adhere the Doily and two of the “Collectable” scallop banners onto the layout, as shown.  Also add the heart sticker border as shown.

Gently sand around the edge of the photo and adhere it centrally on the layout, as shown.

Place Chipboard Bird Flourish on the top right and corner of the photo, as shown and add “I Heart You” using the “I” and the “You” cut out from the “Fruit Tingle” paper and a “Collectable” Heart.

Create a cluster to the right of the chipboard flourish with your specially coloured flowers, any other coordinating flowers and your Collectables.

Finally, place another cluster to the left of the photo with flowers, Collectables and Stickers from your Sticker Sheet, add some trees cut from “Cotton Candy.”  Add your title to the right of this cluster, going along the bottom of the photo.

Your Done!!!
