Simple Stories Kissing Booth Layout Sweet

Hi there! Tania with you today to share the first of my creations with you for November my Simple Stories Kissing Booth Layout Sweet with Step by Step!!  This month I played with the gorgeous Kissing Booth Collection from Simple Stories.  Really love the Colours and matching products in this Collection.

This month I thought I would start off with a step x step on how I created my first layout…….

MATERIALS USED:

Simple Stories Kissing Booth Collection HERE

49 & Market Flowers HERE

Dylusions Shimmer Sprays HERE

TCW Templates – Mini Tiles Mania 6×6 (or any you have) HERE

Texture Paste

Edge Distresser

Here’s my finished page….

To begin, I trimmed down my background base paper, distressed the edges and then stuck it to some white cardstock.

I then got busy adding some texture to the background using the TCW Stencil – Mini Tile Mania until I was happy.

Once dry ( you can use a heat tool to speed up drying if you wish) I added some colour using Dylusions Shimmer Sprays.  I didn’t want lots of colour so I removed the spray nozzles and just splashed on the colour.

Again once dry, I added lots of washing tape in different lengths along the left and right edges of the page.  I also used the off cuts from when I trimmed down my paper in the first step.

I then added some distressed layers of patterned papers overlapping the washi tape and paper.

I added a matted photo to the left side and to finish I decorated my page with lots of yummy 49 & Market Flowers and coordinating chipboard and Die Cut embellishments from the Kissing Booth Collection.
